Jewellery is shipped within 7 working days for inside UAE, This is subject to correct delivery address details provided by the customer. Please note that any order submitted on the site after 5.00 pm UAE time would be considered for processing on the next working day. (We work from Sunday to Thursday, 10.00 am to 6.00 pm excluding UAE public holidays)
Made to order Jewellery and Gifts are our specialty, we custom design all kinds of Jewellery. All you have to do is to send us the drawing of the Jewellery you wish to make or talk to us and fix an appointment with one of our master Jewelers who will be delighted to bring your dream piece of Jewelry to life.
Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt in case of product defect with a Return Authorization. The customer will need to Call our Customer Service Department on +971 4 2298688 or send a mail to info@dhanakjewels.com to collect a ‘Return Reference Number’. The customer will only pay for the return shipping cost in case of a sales return. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, include all product documentation, and shipped within 7 days of the purchase to Dhanak Jewellers LLC 68 D 82, Old Gold Souk Deira, Dubai UAE.
Worn, damaged, resized, engraved or altered Jewellery items, may not be returned. All made to order or Customized orders are final sale and are not eligible for return.
1. Call our Customer Service Department on +971 4 2298688 or send a mail to info@dhanakjewels.com to collect a ‘return reference number’.
2. Write the ‘return reference number’ on the original invoice and on the packing of the item you are returning.
3. Include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate, please include that too or we would have to charge a replacement cost.
4. Include any gift / promotional item that would have come free as part of the original purchase.
5. Include commercial invoice and ship the item in a securely packed box to Dhanak Jewellers LLC 68 D 82, Old Gold Souk Deira, Dubai UAE.
6. Please ensure that you engage a courier company who provides insurance coverage for the Jewellery while shipping back to us.
On an average, about 7 business days from the time we received your item.
Refunds on the purchases made with the credit card will only be credited to the same card. Please allow one month billing cycle in order for your credit card to reflect the refund.
